I have texting ,but no data plan.I use to be able to receive and send picture messages then i updated my phone to a new software and it wont let me send or receive the pictures anymore.The only way i can do it is if i turn on tmobile network but that'll cost me money because im using internet on my phone. If i use the wifi from my house it wont work.
what can i do??
