I just signed up with a T-mobile prepaid plan on a cheap little nokia phone. All of my security settings are off, password protection is off. Whenever I try to call my mom's cell phone number, it says, "please enter your password." When I put in my T-mobile password, it doesn't work. So I tried my pin number, also doesn't work. I haven't enabled any security settings. So I called my mom's home phone, and the call went right through. I still can't call her cell, though, which I need to be able to do. How do I get around this password problem?
T-mobile is asking me for a password to call my mom?
