T-mobile internet got iphone?

i have a unlock iphone for t-mobile. I realized there is 2 19.99 plans. There is a unlimited internet plan, and a hotspot plan. Which one do i use??
 
I think the hot spot plan gives you internet access where ever there is a T-mobile hot spot (like at a Starbucks) and the unlimited internet gives you internet where ever you go. You should still ask a T-mobile sales rep about these 2 plans and what are the differences though..they should know more.

But, why do you need something from T-mobile when the iphone comes with wi-fi?
