T-mobile....? Helpp!?

I had the Gravity T and i completely dreaded it, but one day i got really mad and broke it in half. I'm getting a new phone soon but i would like to know if i can get another phone like the Tap if i have a 2 year contract with The Gravity T. I really want to get a different phone. Thanks.
