T-Mobile Help: Unlocked Phones Only

I'm currently using Sprint and will be switching to T-Mobile hopefully within the next few weeks. I'm trying to decide which phone to buy and I have some criteria that needs to be met before I buy the phone. From what I hear T-Mobile now has EDGE speeds available for data and plus they also have the Wifi plans. Reason I need this is because I use my iBook on the road and would like for Bluetooth DUN and also I have a Palm TX that I would like to do the same with and also connect through WiFi when available. So I have the PDA and notebook out of the way, all I need is a phone. Phone that I've looked at so far is the SE K750i, but I can't find any info on if it has EDGE or speakerphone. Here are the features I'm looking for:

Highest Class EDGE support
Unlocked GSM Phone suitable for T-Mobile
Bluetooth DUN enabled
Memory Card slot
Support to play mp3's and possibly some video files
No PDA style phones
Preferably a flip phone, but candybar also if it's small enough.
Speakerphone
Under $400
 
Last years Nokia 6230b/6230i would be the best that covers every point above.
Class 10 EDGE, bought unlocked, has bluetooth, MMC card slot under the battery, plays mp3's music and 3gp's video, candy bar type, speakerphone built in. Less than $300

As does the new Samsung SGH-T809. Class 10 EDGE, Bluetooth, TransFlash/MicroSD slot on its side, plays mp3's and 3gp's, Slider type, speakerphone built in. Less than $400.
