Um yesterday i was trying to change the pin number, and after 3 failed attempts my phone went into this weird mode, where i cant do anything and it says " PIN blocked call customer care" and ive tried turning it off but that doesnt work and ive tried putting in all the t-mobile customer care numbers on there but its still not working and i even tried 611. i dont know what to do, can someone plz help me?
