T-Mobile G2 Touch aka HTC Hero need your help with !!!!

I need your help

I have here on my dest 4 T-Mobile G2 Touch aka HTC Hero but when you turn them on it comes up with T-mobile G2 software but i the custom of theres phones needs them to work on O2 UK so i need to changen the software form T-mobile G2 to HTC Hero so can anyone help with i need the software and a how to guide lol as this is my frist time

That software is for ADP, not for HTC Hero!
