I bought 3 t-mobile phone on a website with t-mobile family plan. one HTC sensation for me and two samsung galaxy s for my mom and dad. I paid $380 for 3 phones and website said activation will be free..(i dont have a statement yet so i dont know yet there will be any actvtn fee or not) (also the phones shipped to my office in another city, so they r still in unopened boxes)
I was planing that my mom and dad will be in USA at this weekend so it would be a good welcome gift for them.
But i just learnt today they had a health problem and they cancelled their plain tickets
Now i dont know what to do, i really wonder about them and i am thinking about to buy a plain ticket and go to visit them as soon as possible. and i dont know when could i(we) come back to usa.. So i wanna cancel my plans..
Here is my question; i read that the early termanition fee is $200 for each phone line. So i need to pay $200 x 3= $600.
but do i need to pay first month bills? or any other fee/bill ?
and can i pay this etf online when i will be outside the usa?
what is your suggestions? wht do i need to be carefull on this case?
p.s: i know i can send back the phones to the store and ask for a refund in 14days but i dont wanna send back because i told my parents i bought a gift for them..
