Content Lock is enabled prior to purchase of any T-Mobile phone or dongle (USB Stick) and if you have no credit card, is, quite frankly a bit of a pain?
To save yourself a trip back to T-Mobile for them to unlock your dongle (USB Stick), this will work for you.
Download and install "Hotspot Shield".
Start your internet connection and then run Hotspot Shield and log into any site you desire. This programme gives you access to otherwise (over 18) limited sites and therefore, bypasses the content lock on your dongle.
