were? Earlier this week I spoke with a really nice T-mobile Customer Service rep.
She was excellent.

When I told her I wanted to pull my phone out of our families family plan she quipped:
"Breaking up the family are we ?".

I started tearing up, because of course, that is exactly what is happening.

She then tried to cheer me up which really helped.

About a minute later I realized it really was the funniest thing I had heard all week.
I am still laughing.

So anyway I am now imagining that exchange as part of a Saturday Night Live sketch with say Tina Fey (though I know she has moved on) as the customer service rep who plows on through a callers feeling.

Anyway...on the off chance someone from T-mobile customer service reads this post.
Please, if her call record is reviewed. Don't fire her. It really made my day. I am sure she learned from what she said and will be a better employee as a result.
Although feel free to post this in the break-room !

I bet she went to the break room and said to colleagues "Can you imagine what I just did ?".
If you did I really hope you laughed your hearts out because it may be one of the funniest things I have ever heard in my life.

Thank-you T-Mobile girl for making my day and helping me to see the lighter side of my situation.
So my question is does anyone else have any equally funny stores ?
Also if anyone from T-Mobile reads this....let me know.

Oh.. and customer service girl ?....I might be available soon.....call me ! :)
