Four days ago I had called T-mobile with problems with my sidekick 2008 and they have already exchanged it 4 times! so this time they said they would exchange it for a different phone, but the phone the offered me was a blackberry 8220 (Pearl flip). This phone would be a down grade and im upset i don't want this phone and this is all that there going to offer me? I paid $300 for the sidekick because it had a FULL QWERTY other then that i would have never gotten it. I feel like T-mobile should offer me more then one phone. I have to spend almost 2 years with this phone and i would like to enjoy the phone and not hate it. Another thing is that the BlackBerry Curve is the same retail price and that's a phone i would want. Please help me i think T-mobile ripping me off.
