Okay , so i am eligible for a FULL upgrade . as in i get all the phones at a very low price . I am eligible for this upgrade in Sept . I am on the T-mobile Website right now how can i find out what DAY exactly . in Sept . Can i go and buy a new phone and have that full upgrade available to me?
 
On the website you can't, but if you call in they can tell you the date you can get an upgrade if the site won't offer you upgrade pricing yet.

Or go into a T-Mobile store and they can look it up for you.
