T Mobile Charge £200 bill

i just got a text message from t mobile saying im about to reach my credit limit. i text al to 150 and it shows my unbilled balance in £187. i was mad! i wasnt noticed. i am a full time student working part time on me own! i can afford to pay that much. i called them up shouting and they still go i need to pay it bla bla. after a hour on the phone the customer service lady goes she will call me back in a week when my UNBILLED actually comes and will let me know...
i have a Blackberry bold 9700 with 900 minutes unl txt unl web n bb with carphonewarehouse
im just wondering is there any other solution to this? can they take the money? i really did not know about my minutes running out otherwise i would of stopped then and there!
