T-Mobile BB upgrade

Has anyone been have problems with

After choosing my device it brings up the screen to put your phone number in.

I enter in my number then I get a message saying something like "This is not a valid T-Mobile number" I have even used other peoples tmo numbers too.

Has anyone had this same problem?

it worked for me as well.

you dont need DM to download the OS.

It works for me... Except I have had an issue when I can't download anything, it just takes me back to their site.

Yeah it told me that as well, but still goes through to the download page.

Depends on at what time you access it. Their billing system updates overnight sometimes for a couple hours sometimes for a couple mins. If you hit the website during the update the mobile numbers are unable to be validated in the billing system and "poof" you get a "not a vailid tmo number" error.
