T-Mobile and You Mail?

Anyone out there having problems that has T-Mobile and You Mail? I love You mail , I have T Mobile and it seems like if anyone calls me from TM they are unable to leave a message. any other carrier is fine though. I am confused I called youmail and they said it was a problem with TM and I called TM and they said its a problem w/ youmail>> a year later still not resolved.
 
tmobile does not like youmail. Do you have it configured correctly? I have been using it for a while now and get all my messages including the ones that i made up horrible names for like my friends. Also could be a setting. Maybe try starting over. Since your a tmo and im a tmo you should call me too see. :P lol
 
I configured it right b/c otherwise it wouldn't work at all. the only thing i do different is, instead of configuring it to my voicemail number ex. like when i call my voicemail i would dial 1 from my phone to hear youmail i have it set to Q on speed dial. this way if i want to turn it on i dont have to reconfigure everything. A friend of mine had it totally configured and she works with me, the same thing happens to here. seems like you can get messages from other tmobile people s long as they are not from my area.. I guess its a area issue. you would think after a year it would be resolved.
 
i used YouMail for the longest time and never had a problem. I would get vm from all carriers. I would start all over and make sure all the settings are correct.
 
If you have a FlexPay account with Tmobile, you are not able to use YouMail. -Personal experience

I'm on both of these and have never had any issue. Been almost 2.5 years now and all has been great
