T-Mobile account left to different country.?

I have an account under someone's name cause I was under 18 that time. Even though the account is under her name, I'm the only one that are using it. I pay every month, not her. Cause the only thing that has to do with her is her name. It's the 2 year contract and it will end on feb/March 2013.The problem is, this person did not put my name as someone that can authorize the account, when we open up the account, she also didn't use her SSN cause she doesn't have one. She's an international student that used to study in US but now moved to Canada. Last time I heard now she moved to China. I wanted to be able to access my account but I can't since I'm not her. I try to contact her but no response since 3 months ago. I also wanted to open up an account with AT&T but I'm tied with Tmobile cause I can't cancel my plan as Im not authorize. What should I do? I went to Tmobile kiosk and it seems like they never handle a situation like this before.
