I'm currently 17 and under my dad's family plan. I have an ipod touch 4th gen, and i recently started using google voice for unlimited texting as my dad would only allow 1000 texts on my family plan. I want to get a T-mobile 4g HotSpot prepaid, and add credit so i can use it as hotspot for my ipod and use ipod as phone. If i sign in to add credit, do i have to be logged into my.tmobile, and will it go through my bill, or can i create my own account as i have my own credit card that i pay the bills for. I would pay for this as well, i'm just curious how you pay for it? Where do you obtain a data plan for it,and what if you go over the data limit? Also if i create my own account and pay for it myself, will my parents know, because they probably wouldn't approve....
