Los Angeles area, Wed morning -- about 9 am. For more than an hour my tethered modem connection was moving juuust a little faster than the local tectonic plates ... nominally 115.2 kbps, I was getting maybe 1-2 kbps (that's "b", not B )... would have been faster if I had walked the packets to their destination myself . Then at 9 the network became unavailable -- until about 9:45.
Did anyone else notice? In other areas, maybe?
It may be useful to keep track of such events... in case they should become frequent.
