System mechanic error!!!!!!! Plz. help!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

ok, whenever i open up system mechanic, it says "system status is good. 1 problem is lowering your system's overall status." then i click "repair now", nd after that, i click "repair now" again. system mechanic tries to repair it, and then a screen pops up.

I entered the URL in Internet Explorer 7 and this page came up with all the wrong info. I have System Mechanic 7.

you have a carni virus they call it that because if you have any private information like bank accounts that you acess trough youre computer it will acess them and it can get youre adress anything private so dont open up ypure bank accounts trough youre computer also take it to a computer expert or go to best buy and tell them to call a person from geek squad wich is a computer expert company asociated with best buy.
