I cannot sync i installed all the softwhere and then i try to synce, the palm says not connected and then the computer does nothing HELP!!!
Syncing the T5 help!!!

Ok here is what I'd recommend.
Take the T5 out of the cradle and then unistall all of the PalmDesktop software.
Reboot the computer.
Then using the Control Alt Delete key to bring up the task manager turn off all programs and processes running in the background except Systray and Explorer. And any other's that might cause the computer to reboot automatically.
Be certain to turn off any other programs that aren't essential to the keeping the PC going especially Antivirus and Personal Security or Firewall programs.
Then reinstall the software and do not .....do not put the T5 into the cradle until told to hotsync the device.
If that doesn't work then I'll give you something harder to try but 99.9% of the time the above will work.
