Syncing my Samsung Reclaim with my PC and managing media?

I am looking for some help. I have a Samsung reclaim phone with a calendar feature which I want to sync up with my Outlook. Is there product or method by which to accomplish this?
Also, how do I manage the media on this device. I wasn't provided with any software for this phone. Thanks for any help you can provide!
