syncing my iPhone to different Computers?

Ok so i syncd my iphone with my mums computer at her work. but i havant updated my iphone since of last year and she wont let me use her computer because shis always working on it...

so if i sync it on my own computer (recently purchased) will i lose everything?

im really worried and dont want to risk it?

PLEASE HELP!!! O______O
