Synching pda, palm desktop, Outlook

I have a Tungsten T3 and a PC running Windows XP. I use Outlook 2003 for my desktop e-mail. But I use the standard Palm Desktop to synch my contacts and calendar.

I want to synch my pda AND the Palm Desktop with Outlook - contacts AND calendar items. I also want to have them fully synch so that I don't lose any info where one database overwrites the others, but all are fully synched. Is that possible? Am I making myself clear?

How do I get the info into Outlook and synch it from here on out?

I ended up downloading SwitchSynch Ex ver. 4.0. It is synching fine, but now every time I synch, I get the following message in a window titled "Outlook Conduit":

This handheld has synchronized with another computer. Some duplication may occur if the other computer was synchronized with the same Exchange data. Would you like to continue?

It always synchs okay when I continue, but this message sometimes takes a minute or two into the synch session to pop up. I sometimes forget about it and the pda will not finish synching until I return to click OKAY/YES.

Is there any way to remove this pop up and set OKAY as a default/automatic response? It doesn't give me any option to check a "Do not ask me this again" box...
