Sync T/X with Lotus Notes

Has anyone found a software to sync a T/X with Lotus Notes?

versamail, mnotes, intellisync... to name a few. If it's just email you want synchronized, versamail will suffice.

I was using Mnotes with Windows 2000 to sync rather successfully. My company recently moved to WindowsXP and I haven't been as successful. I had to resort to an older HotSync Program (4.1) and have been getting alot of hang-ups with soft resets at the end. Fortunately, before eveything hangs up, my calendar gets updated.
