Sync Pop3 Sent/Deleted status to Outlook (No IMAP) and remove from phone

I just know this is hopeless but it is worth asking. First of all, NO I cannot use IMAP, I have to use my work's pop mail, so lets not mention that. I am switching from Blackberry to Android. What I want/need to accomplish is to sync my pop3 mail on the phone with Outlook. Currently, the best I can do is have the phone LEAVE a copy of the messages on the server (and outlook not: i.e. Outlook downloads the message and removes it from the server). Then I can choose (on the phone) whether to delete the message on the server or just on the phone (which will let it get downloaded to outlook when I get there). The problem with deleting the message off the server from the phone is then I will never see the email again. I actually use my deleted mail in Outlook for a long time as a reference. Furthermore, if I send an email from the phone, that sent mail is lost. I would like it to show up in Outlook sent mail folder (which I refer to just like my deleted mail). Preferably, after achieving this mythical sync, I would like it to delete/remove all the inbox/sent/deleted mail from phone and put it into outlook. That way outlook's inbox/sent/deleted would be up to date and my phone would be clean and empty again. Then I can use my phone again to delete and reply to mail while still knowing that it will eventually end up in Outlook where I want it. - Presumably, the only way this could work is if Android mail somehow has sent and deleted folders and then transfer them to outlook. Any suggestions?
