Sync Palm to Desktop and Outlook

Has anyone out there had a good experience with any of the software that allows you to sync a T3 handheld with both Palm Desktop AND Outlook at the same time. DoubleLook, PocketMirror, etc. are the kinds of applications I am thinking about. I am looking for the best application that will most mimic the desktop fields that I am used to in a relatively painless manner.
