Sync "Contacts" to PC

Is there a free app that will sync my contacts to my PC ? I've read about doing it thru GMAIL but was hoping there was a free app I could load on my PC to accomplish the same thing.

Look at http://www.syncdroid.net/ if you're interesting in syncing to Outlook. You didn't say which OS or which application on your PC...
