I was diagnosed with acid reflux about 6 months ago, i have also been diagnosed with lung cancer. My question is, although coughing up blood is a sign of my lung cancer i am getting blood up in my sputum(phlegm) which the drs say is caused by the acid reflux. I have not found no evidence of anybody else spitting up blood with their acid reflux and was just a bit worried the Dr was not telling me everything about my lung cancer, has anybody on here experienced this with their acid reflux? And also has anybody experienced throat pain, again the Dr says this is due to acid reflux but i am scared the cancer has spread.
