This is my entire list of symptoms that I have going on:

horrible feeling after napping, rarely after sleeping at night (headache, feels like all the blood and pressure is in my head, light headed)
constant sleepiness (therefore more napping)
depression
anxiety
3 months of a daily headache (no apparent cause)
hair loss
dry skin (my face is cracking despite the fact that I'm daily using high dollar moisturizer)
palpitations (they come on randomly, not when I'm stressed or anxious)
poor memory, brain lag, brain fog, confusion, etc
ice cold extremities
acne (just had it begin on my back for the first time in my life)
decreased libido (this was my forte... now it's very much not)
diarrhea
frequent UTIs
decreased appetite
and I've apparently gained 7 lbs since I was last measured two years ago (which is a huge thing because I'm TINY and very unable to gain weight no matter how hard I have tried)

From this, my best guess was hypothyroidism + some sort of adrenal fatigue. My doctor did a TSH test and said it was "normal". I'm not sure what his range of normal is though and I won't see him until Tuesday to ask. Otherwise, he thinks I'm perfectly fine and wanted me to come back in 4 weeks to see how I'm doing, until I had his secretary schedule me sooner. I can't go on like this for 4 week periods until he decides he wants to listen to me and my symptoms and see what's going on.

But I guess does anyone else have any ideas of what could be going on?

Hi there, sorry to hear you are feeling so bad most of the time....Sounds to me more viral than anything else, viruses can last in our bodies for weeks even months, especially if we are run down. It also sounds like alot of anxiety symptoms too, the lightheadidness, unrefreshed sleep, nausea etc... I hope your doc gets to the bottom of it for you.
Take care
Tracy
