Symptoms, I'm at a loss!

Hi everyone,

This may be long but try and bare with me. I am a 23 year old female and I have been having numerous symptoms for years with no relief in sight. Let me start out by saying my current or recent conditions. I have a benign liver tumor (adenoma), have had colon polyps removed about 4 years ago, and have undergone two surgeries this year to remove an aneurmysal bone cyst from my left tibia. I am not currently on any medication. My symptoms may or may not have anything to do with my current conditions, my doctors do not believe they do anyway.

For the past several years I have experienced blood with my stool. I thought this would be resolved after my polyp was removed but it still goes on. The blood is bright red. I do not have hemorrhoids and have been checked for them numerous times. I also have varying bowel habits. I have diarrhea a lot, often with a lot of mucous. Sometimes I have to use the restroom directly after eating and sometimes I have 5-6 bowel movements a day. Sometimes I have weeks where I am "normal" but for the most part its the diarrhea.

Recently I have developed severely itchy skin. My chest and abdomen itch to the point where I break through my skin. It's driving me a bit insane.

I seem to always be weak and tired regardless of how much sleep I get. I am active, I have a two year old to chase around daily and also go to physical therapy 3x a week, which is a workout in itself! I am not overweight in the slightest, being 5'7 and weighing 128 lbs.

I have a very high resting heart rate. My doctor has noticed this before and has taken no action to figure out why. My resting heart rate is about 100-105 bpm.

I also get headaches that seem to last for days. I'll take Tylenol and it will not help at all.

I have been tested for thyroid disorders, the results came back negative. I have also been tested for Celiac disease, which also came back negative. I'm really at a loss on what to think. My primary care doctor does not think anything is wrong and calls my digestive/bowel problems IBS...but would that really cause bloody stool? Also, what about my severe itch, headaches, fatigue, and high resting heart rate? I just need some direction here. If anyone has gone through anything similar, please, please let me know.
