My boyfriend has these really bad skin infections he gets that worry me. He calls them "ingrown hairs", he gets them on his legs (inner, outer, upper, lower) his pelvis, his stomach and he gets smaller acne like things on his back, face, and neck. The ones on his legs and torso get to be maybe an inch in diameter or more and they fill like boils and are very painful in most cases. He gets sharp pains in the head for only a few seconds. He also has been getting alot of anxiety lately and he gets shaky whether he eats or not (which he says he "forgets" to eat sometimes), he has trouble sleeping, he will wake up exhausted or wake frequently in the night and other nights he won't be able to get to sleep at all until 5 or 6 am. He doesn't get sick much at all but his skin problems are similar to what I had before I got diagnosed with hyperthyroidism but I was sick all the time too. He gets hot very easily but he is inface 6ft 5in and 240ish lbs. So a larger guy so it could be that.
He doesn't have insurance right now because he has had trouble finding/keeping a job.
He doesn't smoke anymore but he does occasionally use snus, he likes beer alittle too much, he doesn't take any medications, he isn't allergic to anything that I know of but the detergent he uses is more than likely very cheap, does anyone have an idea what might be going on?
