Symbol to represent machismo/manliness?

I'm doing a project on the book "Chronicle of a Death Foretold". I decided to talk about the male dominance in society and how it affected the outcome of the novel.

I'm not sure how to represent that. I need a symbol for the concept of male dominance or any visual that would portray "the macho man" idea.

Any help?? Thanks
