Swollen urethra.... from riding a bike maybe?

I was riding a bike and it hurt... now i've just looked and it looks like the urethra is swollen, looks like something is pushing out of the hole itself and it's swollen and sore.

Can't see a docter until monday, does this sound like an infection?
I can't find any information on the internet, unless I'm searching incorrectly.

Does this sound unusual?
 
its not your urethra its your servix this happened to my wife all the time when she used to cycle it will help to put batroban on it but see doctor asap
