So for those who dont know me i was just diagnosed about a month ago with Gerd. I have had extreme pain under my left breastbone and a lump that would get like swollen. My ct scan came back showing my spleen was almost double the correct size, and i have many lymph nodes that are swollen. So me being 15 he goes oh she had mono....but it could be lymphoma. So i got tested for both and had my blood cell counts checked and my liver checked. All of those are fine,, so my doctor is now giving up and saying he will treat my symptoms,, not that he will give me anything for the pain even after i have told him tylenol doesnt do Anything!
I'm going to see a GI specialist once i get the referal frm my current doctor but im curious if anyone has this. IS this all related at all? Does anyone have any trouble with swollen spleens or lumph nodes.
Oh and they didnt see any signs of an infection either.
