Hi, I'm new at this. About once a week for 4-5 weeks my right eye will begin to get red along the lower lid and then by the next morning it will have a fluid looking pouch underneath it. I went to my eye doctor and he gave me an a steroid eye ointment and told me to use hot compresses several times a day. After a couple of days of this, the puffiness goes away but about 4-5 days later it will happen again. I do have some allergy and sinus problems (drippy nose in the morning, etc.) and I am wondering if its all related. Why is is just one eye? I hate to keep going to doctors ($60 copay each visit) but would like to know how to make it go away for good. I won't leave my house when this happens, it makes me look 20 years older!!! Any similar situations?:dizzy:
