swollen palm, possibly chipped, cracked bone?

i fell of my longboard and hurt my hand(and other things) a couple of weeks ago and i thought it was a bruised bone, there was swelling. a couple of days ago i was skim boarding got it wrong and got flung into shallow water and took most of the fall on my hand, this time it was swollen almost instantly, and was quite painful even tho i carried on. its been 3 days and its still swollen, sore, and when i bend my fingers back it hurts also. just wondering if it i should do something about it incase i make it worse from landing on it more.
