Swollen Bicep, high White cell, fever --?

Noticed a swelling over left bicep - had an MRI and Doc. says "hmmm appears to be simply fatty tissue over the muscle" Low fever remains as well as a little higher white blood cell count. Anyone out there have ANY idea what is going on? Might have to ask my GP to be sent to a specialist??
 
Maybe it's a Lipoma, it's a cyst of fatty tissue (my dog had them :p;)), they're harmless but if you have one in a bad position it could rupture or leak and lead to infection.
