right now I have an Envy3 for Verizon without a data package and I am wanting to upgrade to a samsung omni i910 that i would buy off of ebay but i don't want to buy the extra data package that is now required with all NEW phone purchases. Is it possible to just call the *228 number to change phones and not have the data package or if I do that will they automatically put me on a data plan.
