Switching Verizon phones in between 2 year contract?

I have a Samsung Gleam right now, but I just bought an Env.
Can I switch like a card or sometihing that will put all my information onto the new phone?
And how would I go around activating the new phone?
Is there a place on the Verizon website that is for this situation?

Any help is appreciated :]]]
 
you can dial *22898 do it on line or you an go into a verizon store you can also call from a land line and talk to a rep but you will need the info from inside of the phone you want to activate that wouldbe the imei and serial number
