Switching to Verizon.. what phone should I get?

Ok, so im switching from Cingular to Verizon within the next week but im unsure of what phone to go with (or maybe wait for a newer phone if the time is right). I am kinda thinking of going with the razr, but ive read such horrible reviews about the verizon razr.

what about the samsung a930? anyone? a990? when is it being released?

any help is appreciated.
 
DO NOT SWITCH TO VERIZON. There is only a handful of phones to choose from. If you want a new phone, you can get a very rare cool one from Europe or somewhere else. Dont switch to Verizon, you'll regret it when your stuck with a phone 25% of America owns.
