Switching phones with contract

So I have a 2-year contract with T-mobile on my curve. If I bought a Bold at full price, would I be able to have that as my regular phone without paying a termination fee? Or would there just be other fees that change my monthly plan? I just switched to T-mo in January(from verizon) and this is my first time being with a SIM card company.

If you buy the bold and don't want to pay the early term. fee, you will have to pay full retail price for the Bold. You could them switch out the SIM card and be fully up and running with the Bold on your regular plan.

Yeah, that's what he's saying. If he buys a Bold at full price, then there should be no changes in the service plan. Just put your old SIM in the Bold and you're good to go.

But remember that the Bold will be locked, so he'd have to wait until the T-mo version comes out which from reports, won't be for a long time.

if t-mobile has the bold by then and you extend your contract then it won't require an etf, if you by it at full cost then no etf. etf is if you break your contract by stopping tmobile service before the contract is over than it would require a termination fee

When i called TMO to see what was left on my contract i've got 2years, but they will give me 100bucks off any phone i want. ..o wow, ..cause with TMO there price's are expensive anyways. so the 8330 will only cost me 415 not 515 that tmo wants. .o how awesome is that!?
