So i have had a blackberry for about 4 months in on a 3 year contract. When i use the blackberry to play music for 1-2 hours+ it would randomly stop or the volume go to mute or full blast or pause!!! If i call them or go to a store and ask them to swap it for a new one of the same one? WOULD they give me a different color (if they do replace it and i had a white blackberry and i asked for a black one would they give me a black one or does it have to be the extact same EVERYTHING as the one i had? OR WILL THEY TELL ME TO DEAL WITH THE PEOBLEM ON THE PHONE OR DIG IN MY POCKETS AND BUY A NEW ONE???
