Switching from Verizon to Sprint?

Alright, I currently used my moms upgrade and now I want to switch to sprint. I'm trying to convince my mom SUPER bad. But she said she cant because she is locked in. Is there a way to switch over? I want the blacberry from sprint! It's so much better and cheaper. And UNLIMITED! And for a teen that is ABSOULTELY VERY AMAZING!!

So my question is: how much? can i? and how?
