Switching from Lexapro to Paxil

I am switching from 5 mg. Lexapro to 20 mg. Paxil. I know that I will start out with 10 mg. Paxil but can anyone help me figure out when to eliminate the lexapro? Thank you. I am not going to start the Paxil until I hear from you guys. Thanks.:wave:
