switching from boost mobile iden to boosts cdma?

i just bought a blackberry 8330 from bestbuy.com for boosts cdma network. i currently have an i9 from boost. my issues is i have some money on my boost account and am wondering if they will transfer that when they transfer my phone? i do not want to lose my money. also does the boosts cdma go into roaming? thanks
