switching from a privet school to public quick question?

if i passed a class according to the school i went to last year does it mean the school im going to next year will have to accept it even though their system is different and according to their system im not passing? in other words, if the final grade says "pass" they cant recalculate their own way and say its failed, right?

Texas for example does not give a D. If you get a D in another state, then you failed the class and will have to repeat. So, yes they can make you repeat the class. Also it will matter if your previous school was state accredited
