I grew up a USC football fan, but am going to be attending Michigan this Winter. I've always heard that you usually become fans of the college you go to. I'm having a rough time with this. I don't feel any connection to Michigan.
Is it weird to not root for the team of the college you go to or do you get the passion for the team when you get on campus?
I also feel kinda weird rooting for USC now knowing that I will never be a student there. Feels kinda bandwagon.
