i just got this 21 ft boat from my grandfather who passed away and left it to me i am trying to sell it but the title is apparently "bogus" it is in the pre-pre-owners name still it is signed and dated for 06 to a guy i have never even met the sticker and numbers i guess are good untill april of this year but then how do i get the new ones with a title like this do i hunt him down he is from iowa and i live in ill. of course the title would have to be switched... thanks for any and all input im only 21 and new to all this boat mumbo jumbo all i have is a party barge that i need money for but cant get it... thank you.
