Switch a Sprint to Verizon Phone

Newbie question. I have two phones a Sprint Phone and a Asian Phone (cdma compatibility). I understand the flashing the software part. What about the ESN numbers. Do you need rewrite the numbers so that it will register with Verizon, especially the foreign phone.

The foreign phone will definitely not work, no matter what you do.

The SAR levels as well as the E911 requirements are generally not the same as in the United States, so it will not work at all.

The Sprint one should be able to be activated easily just by calling Verizon Wireless.
