Today we were told at our school that there been 2 confirmed cases of swine flu and 10 people with symptoms that have been sent home.
The school have also said that they arnt closing the school until 30% have got it well it my maths is right that 600 kids out of 2000!!
My feeling is that this is ridiculous and should be shut now, im not just after time off but if i get it il pass it onto my nan who take me school who suffers from very sever asthma as well as other things and she will just not cope with it!
I live in the West midlands, UK and to be honest this is quite worrying.
Has anybody got any advice on what i should do because now im actually bothered about going to school, also the 1 of the girls who has been sent home is in most of my lessons.
Should i go to school and what precautions should i take, also im 15 so not at a huge risk but my family could be!
